By using ALOD application, you are completely confident in the ability of ALOD to maintain the privacy of your personal information. We, in turn, are committed to maintaining that trust. Data collection and use policies

Alod combines the following:
-Data that users provide to ALOD, such as the information entered during account creation
-Data created while using our services, such as location data, app usage data, and device data
-Data from other sources, such as ALOD partners and other parties that use APIs for ALOD

Alod collects the following data or is collected on its behalf:
1. Data provided by users. It includes the following:
-User Profile: We collect data when users create or update accounts in ALOD. This may include the user's name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, profile picture, payment or banking information (including relevant payment verification information), driver's license and other government issued identification documents ( Which may refer to document numbers, date of birth, gender, and personal photo). This also includes transportation or insurance information for drivers and delivery partners, emergency contact information, user settings, and evidence of health or fitness appropriate to provide services using ALOD apps.
-Criminal background check and identity verification: We collect criminal background check and identity verification information for drivers and delivery partners. This information may include the driver's record or criminal record (as permitted by law), and his / her entitlement to work. This information may be collected by an authorized supplier on behalf of ALOD.
- Demographic data: We may collect demographic data about users in general, and through surveys provided to them. In some countries, we may also receive demographic information about our customers from other parties.

2. Data generated while using our services. It includes the following:
-Location data (driver and delivery partner): ALOD collects this data when running the ALOD application on the front of the mobile device (when the application is open and visible on the screen), or in the background of the mobile device (when the application is open but not on the screen).
Location data (passengers and delivery recipients). We collect accurate or approximate location data from the riders' mobile devices and delivery request recipients if they allow us to do so. Aloud collects this data from the time you request a ride or delivery service until the end, and at any time the app runs at the front of the mobile device. We use this data to improve the use of our apps, including improving pickup locations, activating safety features, and monitoring and preventing fraud.
ALOD collects the driver's location data, and links the location data collected during the trip to the passenger's account, even if the rider does not allow us to collect location data from his device. This enables us to provide services to passengers, such as creating receipts and customer support.
Transaction information We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided, order details, delivery information, date and time of service delivery, amount charged, distance traveled, and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses your promo code, we may associate your name with that person.
-Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This data includes usage dates and times, application features or pages displayed, application crashes and other system activities, browser type, and third-party sites or services used before interacting with our services. -Device data: We may collect data about devices used to take advantage of our services, including device models, IP address of the device, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device traffic data, and phone network data cell phone.
-Communications data: We allow users to communicate with other users and with the company ALOD through the websites and applications of ALOD on the mobile phone. For example, we allow drivers and riders or delivery partners and recipients of delivery requests to make calls, send text messages, or send other files to each other (generally without revealing their phone numbers). -User comments, such as ratings, reviews, or positive comments.
-Users participating in the referral programs. For example, if a user invites another person, we receive the invited person's personal data from that user.
-Owners of accounts in LOUD who request services on behalf of or on behalf of other users, or who allow these users to request or receive services through their accounts.
-Users or other persons providing information regarding claims or disputes.

B. How Iodine uses personal data
ALOD collects and uses data to provide transportation services, delivery, and other services and products in a convenient and secure manner. We also use the data we collect to:

ALOD does not sell or share users 'personal data with other parties to market it directly, except with the users' consent.

6. Marketing. Alodia may use the data we collect to market our services to its users. This includes marketing about ALOD's services and features, its promotions, sweepstakes for its prizes, existing studies, opinion polls, news, updates, and events on users ’social media.

We may also market the products and services provided by ALOD partners to users. Although we market the products and services of ALOD partners to users, we do not sell or share users' personal data with these partners or others for marketing or direct advertising purposes to them, without the consent of the users.
We may use the data we collect to personalize the marketing messages (including advertisements) we send, including in accordance with the user's location, past use of ALOD services and user preferences and settings.

We may also inform users of elections, polls, referendums, and other political processes and notices related to our services. For example, Alod sent a notification to some users via email to take polling measures or pending legislation related to the availability of ALOD services in these users' regions.

7. Non-marketing communications. LOD may use the data we collect to create receipts and provide them to users; To inform them of changes to our terms, services, or policies, or to send other messages not for the purpose of marketing about ALUDE's services or products or its partners.

8. Legal procedures and requirements. We may use the personal data that we collect to investigate and resolve claims or disputes related to the use of ALOD services, or as permitted by law, or at the request of regulators, government agencies, and official inquiries.

9. Automated decision-making
We use personal data to automate decisions about the use of our services. It includes the following:
-Activate the dynamic pricing system feature, where the price of a ride, or the fees for delivery requests in Lodz, is determined according to constantly changing factors such as estimated time and distance, expected routes, and estimated traffic.
-Matches available drivers and delivery partners to users requesting services. Users can be matched according to availability, proximity, and other factors. Please see here for more information about the matching process.
-Determining the ratings of the driver and delivery partner, and deactivating the accounts of the drivers, riders, and delivery partners with low ratings. -Deactivate the accounts of users who have been found to be involved in fraud or activities that may harm ALOD, its users, and others. In some cases, when the user decides to misuse the referrals program in ALOD, this behavior will automatically deactivate his account in the service.
-Use of driver partner location information, and communications between riders and drivers, to determine the amount of cancellation fees collected or caused by fraudulent activity. For example, if we decide, using this information, that the driver is delaying the process of meeting the customer in order to motivate him to cancel the trip, the customer will not be charged a cancellation fee, and we will also adjust the value of the amounts paid to the driver to deduct these fees. D. Sharing and disclosing information
Some ALOD products, services, and features require data to be shared with other users or at the user's request. We may also share data with and participate in our subsidiaries and affiliates, for legal reasons or in connection with claims or disputes.

ALOD may share the information we collect:
1. With other users
This includes sharing the following:
-The customer's first name and rating, the locations where they meet with the drivers and / or the locations where the shipment was sent.
-The recipient's first name, delivery address, and order information. We may also share ratings, comments, or other information, as permitted by law.
-For drivers and delivery partners, we may share data with the customer (shipper), and recipient (s) of delivery requests, including the username and photo; The vehicle manufacturer, model, color, license plate, picture, and location (before the ride and during the ride); Average rating added by users, total number of trips, duration of use of the app and contact information (as per applicable laws), and the profile of the driver or delivery partner, including positive comments, and other comments from previous users.

For users who participate in the referral program in ALOD, we share some personal data of the invited users, such as the number of trips, with the user who invited them, to the extent appropriate to determine

User inquiries or comments made through public forums (Odd blogs and social media pages for Odd) may be displayed to the public, including any personal data included in inquiries or comments made by users.

3. With the owner of the ALOD account
If a user requests to ship using an account owned by another party, we may share the order or trip information, including real-time location data, with the owner of that account. This happens, for example:

When a customer takes a ride that a friend or family member has taken a ride

4. With ALLOD service providers and business partners

6.  For legal reasons or in conflict situations
ALOD may share users' personal data if we believe it is required by law, rules, business license or agreement, applicable legal procedures or government requests, or when disclosure of this data is necessary for safety issues or similar concerns.

E. Information retention and deletion
Allud will keep users' data as long as it is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
Users may request deletion of their account at any time. ALOD may retain users' data after requesting deletion due to legal or regulatory requirements or for the reasons mentioned in this policy.

Users may request to delete their accounts at any time through the "Settings"> "Privacy" menus in the ALOD application.

As for passengers and recipients of delivery requests, their data is generally deleted within 90 days of the deletion request, except in cases where data retention is necessary for the reasons mentioned above.

ALOD may collect and use personal data based on the user's consent. For example, we may collect personal data through voluntary surveys. A. Privacy settings

Location data
ALUDE uses location services on passengers' devices to make it easy for them to get a car for their trips at any time. Location data helps improve our services, including driver meet-ups, guidance system, and customer support.
Passengers may allow or prevent ALOD from collecting location data from their mobile devices through the "Settings"> "Privacy" menus in the ALOD application. Riders and delivery request recipients can allow or prevent data collection through settings on their mobile device.
Notifications: Account and trip updates
Alod provides users with notifications about the status of trips and updates related to their accounts. These notifications are a necessary part of using the app, and they cannot be deactivated. However, users may choose the way in which they receive these notifications through the "Settings"> "Privacy" menus in the ALOD app.
Notifications: Offers, Discounts and News
Users may allow ALOD to send push notifications about offers, discounts and news from ALOD. Push notifications may be activated or deactivated through the "Settings"> "Privacy" menus in the ALOD application.

B. Permissions for devices
Most mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined specific types of device data that apps cannot use without the permission of the device owner, and these platforms have different methods of how to obtain this permission. IOS devices notify users the first time the Loader app requests permission to use certain types of data, and it also gives users the option to grant or deny permission. As for devices running the Android system, users are offered the permissions that the Odd application requires before using the application for the first time, and using the application is considered an agreement to grant the permission.

C. See the evaluation
After each ride, riders and drivers can rate each other on a scale from 1 to 5 stars. This average rating is linked to the user account and shown to other users who provide or receive services. For example, the driver-partner rating feature is available for riders requesting a ride, and the driver-partner rating feature is also available for driver-partners.
The Mutual Rating System holds everyone accountable for their behavior. Taking responsibility helps create a respectful and safe environment for both driver and passenger partners.
Riders can see the average rating in the main menu in the Allod app.
Drivers can also view the average rating after clicking on the profile in the Alodic Partner app.

D. Unsubscribe from marketing services
Users may opt out of receiving promotional emails from ALOD. Users may also unsubscribe from receiving emails and other messages from ALOD by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in these messages. We can still send non-promotional messages to users who have opted out, such as trip receipts or information about their account.

E. Requests for user data
ALOD provides users with a variety of ways to find out, control and submit inquiries and comments regarding how ALDAUD uses their data. To make an order
